While all of that is impressive, Sony keeps talking about how the new DualSense controller is a completely new experience for PS gamers. OnePlus stepped foot back into the mid-range segment with the OnePlus Nord and it seems to be an instant success. The company is already planning to expand the Nord lineup with more affordable options – codenamed Billie 1 and Billie 2 – in the coming months. While it will see OnePlus offer 5G connectivity at a lower price tag, a report suggests that a major downgrade on the charging front will be in tow as well....

Nintendo has brought back the GameCube controller for use on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U through the use of a special adapter. Nintendo enjoyed near-total domination of the Japanese console market in 2020, according to new sales data. As reported by Famitsu, and translated by GamesIndustry.biz, Nintendo Switch sales accounted for a monstrous 87% of the total market last year. Out of 6.85m consoles sold in 2020, nearly 6m of that number comprised of Switch units — a monumental 86.9% of the total market. Just one of 28 games included in the entire experience, milking cows using the Switch Joy-Con looks hilarious and features some very intentionally odd mechanics. The minigame became a bit of a meme online for various reasons, and it drew the attention of some real dairy farmers. After what many though was a joke challenge, Nintendo actually went head-to-head against these experienced milkers at Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock, Vermont....

Nioh is about to get a sequel, as announced back at E3 2018 in June, but there’s still one question about the series that hasn’t found an answer yet: is the game ever getting an Xbox One version? The recent release of Nier Automata: Become As Gods Edition on Xbox One has somehow encouraged Xbox fans about the possibility of a dedicated Nioh version for their favorite console. However, it looks like there’s not a concrete chance for such a thing to happen, at least anytime soon....

No Man’s Sky has been on a huge redemption arc years after its release, and it continues with the announcement of more new content coming soon. This next big update is called, No Man’s Sky: Beyond! It will be released in Summer 2019. While details are somewhat vague, one of the big components being added in the update will be “No Man’s Sky Online.” This will bring a new social and multiplayer experience to the game that allows players to meet anywhere in the universe to play together....

Just a few hours ago, we reported that GSMA (the organizers for MWC) had called an emergency meeting to decide the fate of this year’s MWC conference in Barcelona. The panel agreed on MWC 2020 continuing as planned from February 24-27. However, the panel now seems to have changed their stance on the situation and officially confirmed that the conference is now canceled.
