Recent datamining of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has leaked information pointing to additional characters being added to the game’s roster. Nintendo All-Star Brawl is a new fighting game featuring popular Nickelodeon characters from throughout the decades. Even if your favorite character did not make it onto the launch roster, there is a chance it may come later in form of DLC....

One of 2017’s best games (and in my personal opinion, one of the best games of all time), NieR:Automata, is now a year old worldwide, with it reaching the first anniversary of its Japanese release on February 23, its North American anniversary on March 7 and its PAL anniversary today, March 10. This anniversary has been celebrated in a few ways, such as the reveal that there’s still one last secret in the game, and the announcement of some sort of fan event coming up....

Fortnite has continued their celebration of the Naruto universe crossover by presenting a new challenge to players: The Nindo Challenges. In this event, players can register their accounts on the website to complete challenges and earn special rewards. Nintendo breaks the silence with an indie showcase. Although the recent Animal Crossing Direct shed some light on one of the Nintendo Switch’s most anticipated titles, Nintendo fans have been craving a new Nintendo Direct for several weeks now, and while a full general Direct has yet to be announced, a Nintendo Indie World Showcase has been announced for tomorrow morning. The Showcase will take place on Tuesday, March 17 and contain roughly 20 minutes of information about upcoming indie games heading to the Switch....

Nintendo’s first direct of the year is, in fact, a Pokemon one. This came as a bit of a shock to most, with Pokemon Sword and Shield releasing fairly recently in November. At Nintendo’s 74th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders this week, investors voted to retain company President Satoru Iwata and eight others who were up for re-election as Directors of the company. PlayStation France YouTube channel has just uploaded E3 2018’s Nioh 2 reveal. While we’ve been waiting for quite a long while news about the next game in the Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja franchise, details on it have been quite sparse. We’ve just received a teaser last E3, which was quite unexpected since the game had released only a year and a half earlier, and then nothing. Voice actor Nolan North gave an interesting comment about Marvel’s Avengers, where he plays Tony Stark and Iron Man. Nolan has worked on many video games, like the Uncharted saga. But he says he’s never seen anything quite like Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix’s upcoming title. “It absolutely is one of the most stunning things…”, North said at Manchester Comic-Con (via GamesRadar+). “You can’t tell where in-game cinematics and gameplay [separate]…it’s so seamless…”...

In My Time at Portia, Stamina is pretty much the main stat in the game that you will be using for everything. It is represented by an SP gauge in the bottom of the screen and slowly decreases as you perform actions. If you want to dig, mine, fight, or cut down something, you are going to be using a fair chunk of your stamina bar to do it. Once the stamina bar is empty, you will need to replenish it or recharge it to do anything else....

The NASCAR racing series is getting a video game once again this year, but this one will be getting a bit of a facelift. The new game, entitled NASCAR 21: Ignition, is set to launch this October, and it certainly looks like Motorsports Games will be putting together the pieces it has acquired in recent months. This past March, Motorsports Games, which published NASCAR Heat 5, purchased racing game developer Studio 397 and the rFactor franchise....

Need for Speed Rivals is the next installment in the long running racing franchise from EA. In development at Ghost Games, one of EA’s new studios, the racer will launch later this year on both current, and next generation consoles. Self described as a “white knuckle action/racing game”, Rivals is built on the Frostbite 3 game engine, and looks to capture the ultimate rivalry between cops and racers. In Need For Speed Rivals, players choose whether to play as a cop or racer, with each path having its own set of rules....

If you haven’t heard of One Piece, then shame on you. The manga series was created way back in 1997 by Eiichiro Oda and has since become a global phenomenon. The franchise boasts a long-running anime, movies, countless video games, and more merchandise than you can imagine. There’s also an awesome theme park inside Tokyo Tower that, while small, is awesome, and I speak from experience. It was recently announced that Netflix has ordered a 10 episode season 1 of a live-action show, which I’m apprehensive about but look forward to seeing....
