The synopsis for OPM season 3 is described as follows;
‘One Punch Man’ Season 3: How One Man Took Over 2015
ONE and Yusuke Murata launched the One Punch Man manga on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website in 2012. The series is a remake of ONE’s original web manga series. VIZ Media is currently releasing the series digitally in its Weekly Shonen Jump manga anthology.
However, the frequency of monster appearances is surging and it increasingly appears as if the Great Seer Madame Shibabawa’s predictions about the Earth’s doom are coming true. In the midst of this crisis, the “hero hunter” Garou makes his own appearance.
The overall story for One Punch Man is described as follows;
The first anime season for One Punch Man aired in Japan from October to December 2015. It gained a large following almost immediately due to its amazing animation (done by Studio Madhouse), over-the-top humor, story, and, most importantly, Saitama (and or Genos). Viz Media and Daisuke both streamed the anime as it aired outside of Japan. It then premiered with an English dub on Adult Swim in July 2016. Now, it is available on DVD through VIZ.
Currently, there is no confirmed release timeline for One Punch Man season 3. One Punch Man season 1 is available to stream on Netflix. Season 2 is on Crunchyroll.
