After unveiling it at the IFA 2019 in Berlin earlier this year, HMD Global has officially launched the next generation of its Nokia 7-series Android One smartphone in India. Called Nokia 7.2, the phone comes with a cool ‘Nordic’ design principle that the company says honors the Finnish glass making heritage and lends a premium finish to the new device.

A successor to the Nokia 7.1 released last year, the Nokia 7.2 features a 6.3-inch FHD+ ‘PureDisplay’ panel with a teardrop notch. It is powered by the Snapdragon 660 SoC and, comes with 4/6GB of RAM alongside up to 64GB of storage. The phone carries a 3,500 mAh battery and runs Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box with the promise of a quick update to Android 10.

The Nokia 7.2 will be available on Flipkart starting September 23 in Cyan Green and Charcoal color options. It has been priced at Rs. 18,599 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs. 19,599 for the 6GB/64GB model. Launch offers include benefits worth Rs. 7,200 from Jio, Rs. 3,000 vouchers from Cleartrip and Rs. 2,000 off on Zoomcar.
