Nintendo has had their ups and downs since the release of the Wii U. Given this, fans have speculated a wide array of situations that could occur for the gaming giant. While nothing has happened to affect worldwide operations, it seems something has occurred in Brazil that was severe enough to make Nintendo pull their products from the country.
The Wii U eShop is currently closed preventing Brazilians from purchasing games online. There is no word on the effect this has on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. It was also reported that Sony and Microsoft faced the same issues with taxes within Brazil in the past but were able to solve them in 2013. Hopefully Nintendo will be able to solve it somehow and re-enter the region to continue to support their fans in the country.
