We’re currently in the process of reviewing Ni No Kuni 2 on the PlayStation 4. Due to the way that the embargo was structured for the game and the timing for which we received it, we were able to play a large part of it prior to the final “Preview” embargo lifted ahead of release. Below you can find our impressions and general overview of Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom where Kyle and I discuss the series in general, while taking a look at gameplay segments that have been edited from many hours of footage we captured in the game.
In our preview gameplay for Ni No Kuni 2 you’ll find a number of different gameplay segments that may CONTAIN SPOILERS for the game. The video contains gameplay from Overworld Combat, Dungeon Combat, Boss Fight (Cetus – Terror of the Tides), Kingdom Building (Pre-Level 2 Kingdom), Goldpaw exploration, and small story segment, Real Time Strategy components, and cursed creature battle.
