New World’s recent launch has seen a massive influx of players, even reaching 700,000 concurrent players the day after its official launch. With this large number of players, queue times to get into New World have been on the long side of extremely long.
They also stated being detected for AFK will kick the player from the server, and continued detection would result in more harsh penalties. New World will roll out these changes over time, so players should be careful before going AFK.
