This will mark the second time Mr. Tervorrow has directed a Jurassic World movie since J.A. Bayona took over directing the 2nd movie Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Steven Spielberg will also be returning to the Dinosaur franchise as an executive producer along with Trevorrow while Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are producing Jurassic World Dominion.

Jurassic Park’s Gang is back

Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill, three members of the original cast of 1993’s Jurassic Park, will also be returning to the beloved franchise. They team up with current stars of Jurassic World Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt, thus making Jurassic World Dominion something for old fans and new to enjoy. Even Jeff Goldblum seems excited about this film because he posted the following on his official Instagram, “You did it. You crazy son of a bitch, you did it.” Happy as a clam-asaurus to be reunited with my brilliant costars from the original Jurassic Park”.

A 5 Billion dollar Jurassic Franchise In the Making

The Jurassic franchise has accumulated almost 5 billion total at the box office, and with the new entry Jurassic World: Dominion, it seems only destined to double those numbers. Jurassic World: Dominion will arrive at theaters on June 11, 2021, so be sure to mark your calendars!
