Electronic Arts has shared the complete list of cars available in the game, featuring multiple vehicles from brands like Aston, Chevrolet, Lamborghini, and many more. 78 cars in total that will be available to drive and customize by the player, although some of them will have to be purchased using in-game currency. Additionally, the company has also determined the class of each car, including drag, drift, off-road, runner, and race, among others.
Need for Speed Payback hopes to set itself apart from the multiple racing games released this year by presenting a more cinematic and story-driven experience, even changing the point of view of the player during missions, as seen in previous gameplay videos. EA has also made sure the game can be played even in PCs with low specs, offering minimum requirements to play in 720 resolution and 30fps.
