Christopher Cantwell shared on Twitter that he’s writing a new comic book series starring Namor the Sub-Mariner. This exciting news comes in the wake of the news that Tenoch Huerta portrays the Sub-Mariner in the upcoming Black Panther movie. Fans of both characters suspected a new Namor series ever since rumors of his MCU debut leaked. Namor: Conquered Shores sees Namor rule an Earth 100 years in the future that is primarily covered in water. If Twitter is any indicator, fan excitement is at an all-time high. However, nobody is as excited as Christopher Cantwell since he got to write the story, a story he pitched blind.

Namor The Sub-Mariner: Conquered Shores Ignites Excitement
Conquered Shores confirms fans’ suspicions that a new comic book series featuring Namor was on the horizon with his entry into the MCU. Namor leads the charge of staple characters from Marvel’s vault entering the live-action realm with the Fantastic Four and Blade not too far behind.
