Main Tank Software has published a press release about their upcoming multiplayer dragon fighting game Dragon Saddle Melee, coming to Steam on January 26.
The release date for Dragon Saddle Melee was revealed earlier this month on Twitter:

However, today’s press release discussed the game in greater detail. Dragon Saddle Melee was open to playtesters in November of last year, but for those who did not participate, today’s announcement revealed more about this new multiplayer dragon game:
Dragon Saddle Melee pays homage to the arcade games of the 1980s with retro-inspired graphics and level design. Players have access to power-ups that will help them claim victory in each level. Shields protect from incoming damage, and jetpacks allow for increased movement speed. The game features fast-paced, side-scrolling action in both single-player and online multiplayer PvP modes.
