The Mortal Kombat franchise is one of a rich story driven backdrop surrounding the characters that participate in the fighting tournament. As you can imagine it’s been hard to convey these stories over the years, but with Mortal Kombat 9, NetherRealm incorporated a full story based campaign where the story of the combatants is told to give us a clearer picture of the backdrop for the game.
